The Forum Experience

EO Forum is a unique format that fosters peer-to-peer sharing between members in a trusted and confidential environment.

Forum groups are typically made up of 6 to 8 members with a mutual commitment to confidentiality, respect and deep sharing.

Forum offers a format where the complex intersections between your business, personal and family life can be explored head-on, so you can achieve fulfilment in all of your endeavours.

Mentorship

EO Mentorship fosters relationships aimed at high-level leadership and personal development within a structured timeframe. Mentees work toward goals and establish personal accountability, while Mentors support them through experience-sharing and engagement.

Women in EO

Only 2% of female entrepreneurs break the USD 1Million revenue mark. Entrepreneurs Organization is made up of 20% females with the commitment to continually increase this proportion. What makes EO for women unique is still the ability connect with the world’s most influential entrepreneurs, regardless of gender. Our culture is one of diversity and aims to include a mix of both males and females in each Forum.

Strict Eligibility Criteria

With our entry level at USD 1 Million for EO and USD 250K for EO Accelerator our member businesses are established and in a growth or operational phase. Our Members will generally have staff, premises and financial commitments which mean your business conversations are more relatable, compared with networking with early stage/startup businesses.

EO Forum

Although there are other organisations with forums, what makes EO’s Forum experience unique is the structure and investment to support our 30+ years tried and tested forum formula. Our “Moderators” (Forum Leaders) undergo structured training and follow a strict agenda to ensure every member is able to come away with tangible outcomes.

Founders or Majority Shareholders Only

All our Members are majority shareholders and/or founders of their businesses.

Unlike other business groups, our Members all face the responsibility and reality of “losing it all”, not just their job.

Speaking From Experience

There is nothing more cringe worthy than someone telling you how you should run your business or providing you with unsolicited advice, when they’ve never done it themselves. As part of our culture, our Members never give another Member “advice”. We only speak from experience, which we refer to as the “gestalt” mind-set.
