“Joining EO Brisbane was like finding the tribe I never knew I needed. The business learnings, opportunity to meet like minded people and the event experiences have been invaluable. I have learnt the importance of being open and honest with peers to get the best out of the program – it’s certainly a strange feeling of vulnerability, yet complete trust in those around you. Graduating from the Accelerator program into EO has elevated my experience, with forum providing an incredible level of personal support, business growth and new learnings.

The Accelerator Program and in particular the Learning Days gave me the frameworks and strategies to not only scale to a 7-figure business, but to put in place the structures that will allow us to continue that growth for years to come. The experiences and peer to peer support provided by my Accountability Group, Coach and the EO community at large have been invaluable throughout my journey.

When I joined EO, I found a program with awesome facilitators and members who helped me in my mission to grow myself and my business to be bigger and better. I've learned so much that I have been able to implement in my business. Particular areas have been around developing an awesome culture with a team of A-Players, as well as having some structure around a vision, a 3 year plan, formalising our values and documenting procedures and job descriptions to make hiring, firing, and growing less painful.
